One of a writer's many fear
Rejection is NOT rejection
Archival scan processed for high clarity and spectral detail.
Rejection is NOT Rejection.
Not all the time.
But it's a fact.
-
So, there was this book I wrote strictly for one platform because I was feeling spontaneous and the idea just rushed in like a crashing wave.
It got REJECTED!!
Oh, I should've been sad but it wasn't rejection.
It's not so much of an uncommon knowledge but at times people tend to forget, so I'm going to remind you. Sometimes your work get rejected not because you wrote your work poorly... the platform just doesn't want it because it may not be their readers choice yet.
That was it with this book. The editor clearly stated it.
It went ahead to receive another rejection again from another platform.
Still... same thing.
So, don't stop writing because a platform turned you down.
Keep Going!!!
